For other destinations and delivery speeds, we will contact you with an exact shipping cost for your approval.  You will not be billed until you approve the cost and we have shipped your order.  (We bill and ship on the same day.) 

Outside the Continental United States we ship packages by US Postal Service .  We use Priority Mail ($18 and up) or Express Mail ($24 and up). Both are insured.
