For other destinations and delivery speeds, we will contact you with an
exact shipping cost for your approval.  You will not be billed until you approve the cost and we have shipped your order.  (We bill and ship on the same day.) 

Outside the Continental United States we ship packages by UPS or US Postal Service.  The Post Office is cheaper but UPS is better at tracking. Both are insured. 

The Post Office has special rates for shipping to military who are overseas
at APO and FPO addresses.  We will give you those rates (by e-mail).
