Address Format (especially overseas)

Shopping Cart Info: The shopping cart calculates standard (UPS ground)
rates for UPS delivery in the continental USA (but not P.O. Boxes).

Delivery to P.O. Box must use US Postal Service. We will contact you with
an exact shipping cost for your approval.

For other destinations and delivery speeds, we will contact you with an
exact shipping cost for your approval. You will not be billed until you
approve the cost and we have shipped your order. (We bill and ship on
the same day.)

Outside the Continental United States we ship packages by US Postal Service. We will contact our customers for prior approval of shipping costs for all international orders. Please see address format info below.

MILITARY ADDRESSES. The Post Office has special (less expensive)
rates for shipping to military who are overseas at APO and FPO addresses.
We will give you those rates (by e-mail) for your approval.

We recommend that you print your delivery addresses in all uppercase letters. If possible, addresses should have no more than five lines.

The last line of the address block area must include ONLY the complete country name (no abbreviations) written in uppercase letters.
(Don't need the country in you're in the United States of America.)

Foreign postal codes, if used, should be placed on the line above the destination country. The following shows the order of information for the destination address:

LINE 1: NAME OF ADDRESSEE
LINE 2: STREET ADDRESS OR POST OFFICE BOX NUMBER
LINE 3: CITY OR TOWN NAME,
           OTHER PRINCIPAL SUBDIVISION,
                                (such as PROVINCE, STATE, or COUNTY)
           and POSTAL CODE
(Note: in some countries, the postal code may precede the city or town name)
LINE 4: COUNTRY NAME (UPPERCASE LETTERS IN ENGLISH)
