PAYMENT RETURN POLICY

PAYMENT. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards credit and debit/check cards.

The card is not billed until the day your order is shipped except special orders. Special orders are billed at the time of the order.

If you're using a debit/check card, let us know and we'll contact you with the final total (including shipping) so you can record it in your check book.

On future orders, tell us to "Use Credit Card on File" and we will use the same credit/debit card. We keep your card on file but only a paper copy, never on a computer. (Safer that way.)

We cannot accept purchase orders or COD's.

To protect your security and guard against fraud, we need to verify your CVV2 or CID code to complete your order.
The issuing bank contact number & the CVV2/CID authentication codes are normally submitted when 'swiping' the magnetic stripe on your credit card. Since we do not have your card present during internet transactions, the banks request us to obtain that data manually, thus allowing for automated verification of the credit card.

General Return Policy.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Product-Specific Return Policy.
Some items -- wood, paper (such as books), and cardboard (such as Bagels) -- cannot be returned. Cleaning them with soap and water will damage or destroy the item or not get it completely clean.

Special Orders Return Policy.
Items that we special order for you (such as plastic chain) cannot be returned. See General Return Policy in case of our error.
